Branched Chain Amino Acid Benefits:

BioSynergy™ Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are 3 essential amino acids, which are abundant in muscles. The BCAAs Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine are amino acids that you must receive in food. High protein food sources of these amino acids are difficult to break down and assimilate, especially in older adults. Branched Chain Amino Acid Side Effects:

Studies have shown that branched-chain amino acid supplements are safe to use for up to 6 months most people. There have been no clinical studies documenting side effects for use over 6 months. Some people claim BCAAs have possibly cause them to feel fatigued or caused them to lose coordination. These are somewhat minor side effects, but it’s the reason why some physicians caution you not to use branched-chain amino acids before or during activities like driving, which requires coordination. If you are taking any prescribed drugs from your physician, please check the drug interactions before taking this nutritional supplement.
